The land for sale is approximately 80,000 sqm. Located in Gavrion Andros. Accessible by ferry from Athens in less than 2 hours. The property is located only 5 minutes drive to the village of Gavrion and to the port and surrounding beaches.
It is suitable for development as a tourist resort. It has never to be interrupted 180 degree views of the village, beaches, harbour, light house and nearby islands etc. With a frontage of approximately 500 meters on the main road.
Electricity passes through the property. Sewage facilities passes through the road in front of the property. Spring water is available on the site and could be further developed. And it is easy to build upon as it is slate. The property has been previously approved for a the development of a Hotel and Bungalows by the relevant Greek Government authorities.

1. The pictures give the impression of a beach close to the site. If it is, is it sandy and are there other beaches nearby?
The beach in front of the property is sandy and can be improved or can be claimed if someone builds a tourist resort on the property. I'm including photos taken from the top of the property which includes all the surroundings.
2. I have seen the plan but there is nothing which indicates how close it goes to the top, can you elaborate and are there any planning restrictions on the top part of your land. When you say 'views never to be interrupted' are you saying no one will be allowed to build between the road and the sea?
The property is on elevated grounds and the land from the road to the sea is about a 30 meter drop. The view can never be boxed in (sending photos of views). Also the land in front of the property on right from the road to the water is government owned.
4. There is a picture of the old house. It appears to be next to a white structure with 4 arches - what is that?
The old house and the white house are part of the property.
5. You refer to springs - are they active now or do they have to be developed.
The Spring water is still flowing and can be improved further.
6. Are there any known potential developments near your land.
There is various developments approved such as villas and bungalows. I have been abroad now for over ten years and more development would have been approved.
7. When you say there was approval for a hotel and bungalows. How many bungalows and of what construction?
The land has approval for a Hotel/Resort, Villas, Bungalows or a combination of all.
Also the property is protected from the Greek Summer winds (Meltemi).
